How Can You Stop The Noise?

Heredity gave dogs voices but there are ways to correct most of the sounds that come from canine pets.  Dogs in Riverside that bark at the noise of the house's doorbell or a knock on the door need to be taught a greeting ritual.  It is their job to bark when a stranger comes to your Riverside house but you should train them that an OK command from you means everything is fine and your dog guardian can stop barking.

Another concern we hear from pet owners is the whining at objects such as vacuum cleaners or wheelchairs. These are all items a canine can learn to live with quietly. Running fence lines and barking at your Riverside neighbors and their dogs should not be tolerated inappropriate dog behavior either.  This "distance" barking can be corrected through training sometimes needing a mild shock collar so you can correct your pet from inside the from a distance.  This unacceptable dog behavior can be corrected in a short period of time.

Most importantly, you must remember that a dog's hearing is over 200 times better than your hearing.  He can hear your car coming from over a block away.  He will respond with his voice.  You just need to learn how to teach your pet when it's time to be quiet when they hear the proper command.
