How Can You Stop The Noise?

Heredity gave dogs voices but there are ways to correct most of the sounds that come from canine pets.  Dogs in Markham that bark at the noise of the house's doorbell or a knock on the door need to be taught a greeting ritual.  It is their job to bark when an unknown person comes to your Markham door but you should teach them that an OK command from you means everything is fine and your protector can stop growling.

Another complaint we hear from pet owners is the barking at objects such as vacuum cleaners or wheelchairs. These are all items a pet can learn to live with quietly. Running the property lines and barking at your Markham neighbors and their dogs should not be tolerated bad dog behavior either.  This "distance" barking can be corrected through training sometimes needing a mild zap collar so you can correct your dog from inside the house.  It really doesn't take long for them to learn.

It's important for you to remember that a dog's hearing is over 200 times better than your hearing.  He can hear the sound of a child riding a tricycle several houses away.  He will respond with his voice.  You just need to learn how to teach your pet when it's time to be quiet when they hear the proper command.
