How Can You Stop The Noise?

Heredity gave dogs voices but there are procedures to control most of the sounds that come from canine pets.  Dogs in Glencoe that bark at the sound of the house's doorbell or a knock on the door need to be taught your preferred doggy behavior.  It is their job to bark when a stranger comes to your Glencoe house but you should teach them that an OK command from you means everything is fine and your protector can stop making noise.

Another complaint we hear from pet owners is the whining at objects such as a broom or rakes. These are all things a pet can learn to live with quietly. Watching out the window and barking at your Glencoe neighbors and their dogs is not acceptable inappropriate dog behavior either.  This "distance" barking can be corrected through training sometimes needing a mild shock collar so you can correct your pet from inside the house.  It really doesn't take long for them to learn.

Most importantly, you must remember that a dog's hearing is over 200 times better than your hearing.  He can hear your car coming from over a block away.  He will respond with his voice.  You just need to learn how to teach your dog when it's time to be quiet when they hear the proper command.
