How Can You Stop The Noise?

Heredity gave dogs voices but there are procedures to correct most of the sounds that come from dogs.  Dogs in Englewood that bark at the noise of the family's doorbell or a knock on the door need to be taught a greeting ritual.  It is their job to bark when a stranger comes to your Englewood door but you should train them that an OK command from you means everything is fine and your dog guardian can stop growling.

Another concern we hear from dog owners is the whining at objects such as a broom or wheelchairs. These are all things a dog can learn to live with quietly. Running fence lines and barking at your Englewood neighbors and their dogs is not acceptable inappropriate dog behavior either.  This "distance" barking can be corrected through training sometimes needing a mild shock collar so you can correct your pet from inside the from a distance.  This unacceptable dog behavior can be corrected in a short period of time.

It's important for you to remember that a dog's hearing is over two hundred times better than your hearing.  He can hear your car coming from over a block away.  He will respond with his voice.  You just need to learn how to teach your dog when it's time to be quiet when they hear the proper command.
