How Can You Stop The Noise?

Heredity gave dogs voices but there are procedures to control most of the sounds that come from your pet.  Dogs in Elsdon that bark at the sound of the house's doorbell or a knock on the door need to be taught your preferred doggy behavior.  It is their job to bark when a stranger comes to your Elsdon house but you should teach them that an OK command from you means you have the situation under control and your dog guardian can stop making noise.

Another concern we hear from pet owners is the barking at objects such as vacuum cleaners or wheelchairs. These are all things a canine can learn to live with quietly. Running the property lines and barking at your Elsdon neighbors and their dogs is not acceptable inappropriate dog behavior either.  This "distance" barking can be corrected through training sometimes needing a mild shock collar so you can correct your canine from inside the from a distance.  It really doesn't take long for them to learn.

Most importantly, you must remember that a dog's hearing is over 200 times better than your hearing.  He can hear your car coming from over a block away.  He will respond with his voice.  You just need to learn how to teach your canine when it's time to be quiet when they hear the correct signal.
