How Can You Stop The Noise?

Heredity gave dogs voices but there are steps to correct most of the sounds that come from man's best friend.  Dogs in Tichigan that bark at the sound of the family's doorbell or a knock on the door need to be taught your preferred doggy behavior.  It is their job to bark when an unknown person comes to your Tichigan door but you should teach them that an OK command from you means you have the situation under control and your protector can stop growling.

Another concern we hear from pet owners is the barking at objects such as a broom or rakes. These are all items a dog can learn to live with quietly. Watching out the window and barking at your Tichigan neighbors and their dogs is not acceptable inappropriate dog behavior either.  This "distance" barking can be corrected through training sometimes needing a mild shock collar so you can correct your canine from inside the from a distance.  It really doesn't take long for them to learn.

Most importantly, you must remember that a dog's hearing is over two hundred times better than your hearing.  He can hear your car coming from over a block away.  He will respond with his voice.  You just need to learn how to teach your pet when it's time to be quiet when they hear the proper command.
