Heredity gave dogs voices but there are ways to control most of the sounds that come from man's best friend. Dogs in Browns Lake that bark at the sound of the family's doorbell or a knock on the door need to be taught your preferred doggy behavior. It is their job to bark when a stranger comes to your Browns Lake house but you should teach them that an OK command from you means you have the situation under control and your protector can stop growling.
Another concern we hear from dog owners is the barking at objects such as a shovel or walkers. These are all things a dog can learn to live with quietly. Running the property lines and barking at your Browns Lake neighbors and their dogs should not be tolerated bad dog behavior either. This "distance" barking can be corrected through training sometimes needing a mild shock collar so you can correct your dog from inside the from a distance. It really doesn't take long for them to learn.
It's important for you to remember that a dog's hearing is over 200x better than your hearing. He can hear the sound of a child riding a tricycle several houses away. He will respond with his voice. You just need to learn how to teach your pet when it's time to be quiet when they hear the proper command.
