How Can You Stop The Noise?

Heredity gave dogs voices but there are steps to control most of the sounds that come from dogs.  Dogs in Lauderdale Shores that bark at the noise of the house's doorbell or a knock on the door need to be taught a greeting ritual.  It is their job to bark when a stranger comes to your Lauderdale Shores house but you should train them that an "okay" from you means you have the situation under control and your protector can stop barking.

Another concern we hear from dog owners is the barking at objects such as vacuum cleaners or rakes. These are all things a canine can learn to live with quietly. Running the property lines and barking at your Lauderdale Shores neighbors and their dogs should not be tolerated bad dog behavior either.  This "distance" barking can be corrected through training sometimes needing a mild shock collar so you can correct your canine from inside the from a distance.  It really doesn't take long for them to learn.

Most importantly, you must remember that a dog's hearing is over 200x better than your hearing.  He can hear a squirrel running up a tree.  He will respond with his voice.  You just need to learn how to teach your pet when it's time to be quiet when they hear the proper command.
